how much produce is included in a standard harvest share?
A standard harvest share will fill about one vegetable crisper bin assuming you have a standard size refrigerator with two crisper bins at the bottom.  Depending on how often you eat produce, this share will usually work for one to three people.  

what about the expanded share?
An expanded share is about one and a half times to the size of a standard share and works well for four or more.  

where do you deliver?
We deliver to Seguin, New Braunfels, Schertz, San Antonio, San Marcos, Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Georgetown, and Pflugerville. We also deliver Southwest to Dripping Springs.  We are always adding new delivery areas so please contact us if you’re interested and we will add you to a waiting list.

when do you deliver?
We deliver Tuesday - Friday, and your delivery day depends on your location.  

is your produce organic?
We are not certified organic, but all of our produce is grown using natural methods, meaning no synthetic pesticides or chemicals.

how many different types of vegetables do I get?
We offer between seven and ten different varieties of vegetables and herbs.  

can I add other items to my deliveries?
Yes, we have partnered with other local farms and sustainable shippers to bring you a bi-weekly fruit share; and we are working to add other items soon.

what is typically grown throughout the year?

will I find out what’s in my share before I get it?
Yes!  Check your email or the website each Saturday for a list of the following week’s harvest share.

what if I don’t want or need something in my share?
Change it!  Our members have the option to customize each week’s share, based on that week’s availability.  Remove produce you may not like and add more of what you love.

can I upgrade my membership level?
Absolutely!  You can upgrade your membership level at any time. 

how do you handle payment?
Field Fresh members are billed in seasonal increments and payment is due at the start of each season.  We accept cash, checks and credit cards.  As we are a local farm and make a long term commitment in planting, we are unable to offer refunds, but you are always welcome to transfer your membership.

what if I need to cancel my membership?
In FieldFresh, members share the risks and rewards of the harvest. Should you choose to cancel your membership, we cannot offer a refund.  Should you choose to cancel your Heirloom Membership, you will be subject to an early termination fee of half of the the remaining weeks left in your Heirloom Membership.  This relationship sustains our farm, members, and the community.  Given our no-refund policy, we strongly advise that new members initially sign up for a seedling membership before committing to a longer subscription.
